Our refund policy is designed to keep things simple, fair, and fuss-free, because good customer care should be as gentle as our shampoos. Every product we ship goes through strict quality checks so your furry friend gets only the best. Our return and refund process is simple, transparent, and stress-free.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your pet grooming product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You’ll also need to share the order receipt or proof of purchase, along with a video and photos of the unboxing to help us assess the return.
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@doctordoglittle.com. Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
We take extra care in packaging every dog shampoo, conditioner, and pet grooming product to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Share images or videos of the issue, and we’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement, refund, or quick resolution.
